Smartweigh is a leading weighbridge interface software application used in highly complex industrial inventory and management requirements to simple ticketing.
Smartweigh supports Purchase orders, Invoicing, Customer orders, and Production log entry.This is used in verticals like cement, agriculture, ready-mix, stone, mining, waste-management, shipping, scrap, oil, foundry, ceramic, metal, cotton etc. We support customisation to any level at very low costs. We also provide interface modules to higher end ERP applications for interfacing with weighbridge. Smartweigh can connect to most weighbridge indicators like GE Avery, Ricelake, Mettler Toledo, Unipulse, Cardinal, Epel etc. All three weighment modes - Single weighment with stored tare, double weighment, and batch-mode weighment (multiple first-weights) are supported.
SmartWeigh can be configured to work in simple mode. In this mode, it does not support many advanced features. This is used in applications where user requires basic weighment, ticketing and reports. Smartweigh supports up to 3 levels of complexity configuration. Supports Smartcard interface, fully un-manned operation, voice announcement of weight, camera interface, two com ports per PC and multi-site multi-weighbrige operation.
SmartWeigh has a separate back office application, to be used by back-office staff to manage invoices, purchase orders, production log etc. Back-office is an easy to use networkable application that can support 10 users in write mode and up to 40 users in read mode. Robust performance even at I GB database size helps you to retain data for many years without need for pruning. All Windows platforms are supported. Installation and configuration of the software does not require any special skills. Help file is context sensitive, and inside any module you can press F1 to get help on that module. We support unlimited customisation at lowest cost.
